Returns and Exchanges
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of ordering or receiving the goods, provided that the item (if already received) together with the packaging is in no way damaged. Furthermore, items may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt because of an error on our part or because of damaged or defective goods.
When you send your item back to us, we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund.
We will be happy to refund your return costs to us and we will replace or refund the defective items dependent on your preference/reason for return.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
